On June 6, 2009, York High School 2009 graduate, Skyler performed "Playing for a Cause" at York High School. The concert benefitted not only Habitat for Humanity's York Build, but also the York Food Pantry. Other musicians who accompanied Skyler were Adam Scharff on guitar, Michael Scharff on bass, Jamie Decato on drums and York High senior Andrew Hirst playing piano. The concert raised $610 for the York home being built for the Janalee Moquin Family of York.
