FAMILY INFO HEADER

To be considered for a Habitat Home, interested Families must complete and submit a Family Information Form.
Online Family Information Form or download and complete a Family Information Form and send it to Habitat for Humanity York County, PO Box 267, Kennebunk, ME 04043.

FAMILY APP HEADER

All Eligible Candidates must attend a Family Application Meeting to complete the Family Application.
The location, date and time for Family Application Meetings will appear on the home page when the information is available. Reservations for this application meeting can be made by calling 207-985-4850.

REQUIRED ITEMS HEADER

  1. Completed Family Information Form (if not already submitted)
  2. Proof of employment income (for example: current pay stubs, etc.)
  3. Proof of all other income sources.
    Letters granting AFDC, or other assistance, Social Security, alimony, child support. You may be asked to provide proof that other income will continue for a period of at least three (3) years.
  4. Proof that you have paid your rent on time for the last 6 months (rent receipts or cancelled checks, etc.)
  5. A copy of your most recent lease, including the name, address, & contact information for your Landlord.
  6. Current saving and checking account statements. All Pages.
  7. 3 Personal References (friend, neighbor, church, community organization, etc.)
    Name, Address, Email address & Phone Numbers
  8. Federal Income tax and Maine Income tax return forms for last two years.   (2009 & 2010)
  9. Copies of last months bills
  10. Free Credit Report obtained by contacting either: 1-877-300-2506 or  www.freecreditscore.com or www.annualcreditreport.com
