Habitat for Humanity York County (HFHYC) selects hard-working families with low incomes as partners for home ownership. HfHYC homes are are sold at cost (NO INTEREST LOAN) and carry a 25 year mortgage.
Habitat for Humanity is not for everyone. It demands hard work and a commitment to partnership with Habitat to build a home. It is not an emergency program for those who need to find stable housing immediately. If your needs are immediate, please refer to our list of other COMMUNITY RESOURCES.
