Habitat for Humanity York County (HfHYC) is not a custom home builder. Our basic home is a 28’ x 42’ one story ranch with an open concept Living Room, Dining Room,Kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a single full bathroom, and central heating. The grade and quality of materials used in all homes is selected by HfHYC to achieve its mission objective of providing affordable housing to our Partner Families. Some substitutions may be made as deemed appropriate by HfHYC based upon donations offered from businesses on a certain project(s). Some previously used materials in excellent condition may be used. There will be no changes to the basic house description unless you arc informed by HfHYC.
