The dedication for the 28th Habitat home in York County was Sunday, May 6, 2018. The public was invited to tour the new energy-efficient three-bedroom home, which was made possible due to generous sponsors, donated materials, volunteer labor, and the dedication and commitment of Charles and Shannon Carter, the new homeowner family.
