Sanford Projects

Habitat for Humanity York County currently owns 3 parcels of land in Sanford, that will support at least 5 equal opportunity affordable homeownership opportunities. We are excited to spend the next 2-3 years building in Sanford, but we need your help! 

At the end of February the application period will open for the first home in Sanford. The plan for the 3-bedroom is subject to change.

Why Modular?

Habitat For Humanity's goal is to create affordable in York County. While modular homes will cost about the same as a stick built house, building modular homes will allow Habitat to increase our housing production. 

Volunteer opportunities on the build site will begin in May 2023
