Sanford Four Home Subdivsion
in May 2025 Habitat for Humanity York County will break ground on a 4 home subdivision on Beaver Hill Road in Sanford Maine. The first two modular homes will be delivered at the end of the May, and Habitat expects there to be volunteer work on the build site until the end of 2025. The homebuyers for these four homes have already been selected.
Carter Work Project: Habitat York County is excited to participate in the 2025 Carter Work project. Throughout their involvement with the Jimmy & Rosalynn Carter Work Project, former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and former first lady Rosalynn Carter were tireless advocates, active fundraisers and some of our best hands-on construction volunteers. The third home in the Beaver Hill Subdivision will be a part of the Carter Work Project.
Habitat is currently looking for sponsors and in kind donations for the Carter Work Project.

We are inviting local business, civic groups, friends and individuals to donate a Women Build sponsorship and to lead a build day championed by a woman. Groups sponsorships are $2,500.
