Volunteering at the ReStore

Volunteers at the ReStore help us organize inventory, provide customer service, and handle incoming donations. Volunteering at the ReStore is a great way to help Habitat for Humanity, because all profits from the ReStore support our affordable housing mission in York County. With only a handful for paid staff the ReStore relies on volunteer support to operate the store on a daily basis

Volunteer Opportunities Wednesday through Friday from 12:00-4:00 and Saturday from 10:00-2:00, and 12:00-4:00

Cashiers help the ReStore run smoothly! Cashiers are often the first person a shopper interacts with. Our Friendly cashiers provide customer service and help assist customers with their purchases. No cashier experience is necessary. All new volunteers will be trained.

ReStore Sales Floor

Volunteer Opportunities Wednesday through Saturday from 9:00-12:00 and 12:00-4:00

Sales floor volunteers assist with getting the store ready for the day and making the shopping experience for the customer great. This can include: Merchandising, receiving donations, customer assistance, pricing items, cleaning and sanitizing items, testing appliance, greeting customers and more!
