Women Build: Sanford
Help us reach our fundraising goals for our Sanford homes through celebrating the power of women and homeownership
We are inviting local business, civic groups, friends and to sponsor a Woman Build day.
We are using this program to highlight the importance of women building up women as homeowners, on the Habitat build site, in our community and beyond.
Did you know that 4 of the last 7 Habitat for Humanity partner families selected have been female heads of household? Habitat for Humanity offers female heads of household a chance to achieve their homeownership goals, while creating stability and safety for their family.
While we encourage Women Build days to be championed by a women, build days are open to people of all gender identities.

The Sanford Women Build shirt will be available for purchase at the Kennebunk ReStore for $25.
All proceeds from the T-shirt will go towards the building projects in Sanford.
